My gran was a customer of Reg Dennis himself, years ago, my mum moved into her house and we have just had a brand new central heating system put in by them. The lads they sent were polite, respectful and hard workers. The work done was overseen by one of the owners. They did a great job and didn't leave us with any mess or rubbish. Quality work all copper piping. They are great with older folks and really put my mum at ease. They also came back the next working day to plumb in her little washing machine after the improved hot water pressure meant that we couldn't keep the fill hose attached to the tap. We will be contracting them again to fit a new bathroom and plumb the refitted kitchen.

Excellent service yet again from Reg Dennis. I have used this company for nearly 11 years and they have always been on time, done an excellent job and turned up at short notice when I have had a problem. Used reg dennis services for over 25 years. I phoned them and told them I only had warm water coming out of my tap. Using a combination boiler. I was told by the man who fixes boilers. It needs a new heater exchange and parts are hard to get hold of, he said he will phone me back and come and look at it. He never did he just fobs you off. I decided to look at it myself as the boiler does hot water for all my flats. Within 5 minutes I found the problem which was a dry joint and now I have hot water. Only if he could bothered with customers. Not the service it used to be.

We have used this firm for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Prompt, efficient, clean, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

Kept an elderly couple (one of which is dependent on oxygen and housebound) waiting 8 weeks in the winter months for the supply and fitting of a gas fire. Communication very poor and not apologetic. The elderly couple were informed the fire they needed (with raised on/off switch) was not available. After waiting for Reg Dennis for 2 months they today purchased a fire from B & Q which they should have done many weeks earlier - instead of trusting Reg Dennis. Poor treatment of elderly customers.
