Turned up at 09:20 expecting to return a parcel only to be told the post office is closed for “a few hours” as “they’re doing a stock take”. You provide an essential service to many, a stock take should not be done during working/open hours. Unacceptable.

This is a small post office, very helpful and very fast. On all my visits it was quiet and I was served well.

The lady that works behind the desk is very helpful she helps with everything including writing out my address for mail that I post I shall always use Newlands post office all staff are great thanks to all of them Peter botham
