Would give a zero if possible , the most unreliable Royal Mail service I have ever encountered. On top of that their customer service phone line is a joke too... Given a collection time and wasting my day sitting here waiting for it to be collected past the collection time given like I have nothing better to do !!!
Royal mail useless sent me email saying delivery on Saturday must be signed for sat in all day waiting.. Waisting my time shouldn't send emails if your not going to deliver poor service
Was supposed to open at 8 am this morning, I stood until 8.41 am with several other irate people and it still didn't open, I gave up and will try again another day. I had just finished work and needed to get home!!
Said the address does exist. Lies! Think I know what the address is!
Wanted to contact to see if they were holding a recorded delivery parcel for me that I paid £6.40 to Guarantee next day delivery, and it didn't show....I can't call the Scarborough post office as they do not publish a number - they obviously don't want you to contact them and interfere with their free time...!!!..seems like they used to get to many complaining calls so make you go through the web site only....unbelievable..!!! poor service and couldn't care less attitude. will certainly be avoiding using the service again
