The daily postie is excellent & never has an issue,however ,the royal mail delivery service -nearly always doesnt deliver ontime,today citing my property is anaccessable !! Tried calling the customer service to be told it was a 50 minute wait. Why am i paying for next day delivery??!

Royal mail useless sent me email saying delivery on Saturday must be signed for sat in all day waiting.. Waisting my time shouldn't send emails if your not going to deliver poor service

Was supposed to open at 8 am this morning, I stood until 8.41 am with several other irate people and it still didn't open, I gave up and will try again another day. I had just finished work and needed to get home!!

This has to be the largest delivery company with the most complaints for poor service. Today was the third delivery within the last month that I've waited hours after the predicted time they had confirmed by text that my goods would arrive... along with the most recent I wasted a complete afternoon sat waiting for the parcel, it finally arrived being delivered by an employee who looked as though he had been involved with the magazine Big Issue, not selling them but having slept under them. From now on i will only purchase on line from companys who dont use royal mail
