My mother-in-law had real problem finding anyone to call round to fix a couple of ridge tiles and half a dozen other roof tiles following the recent storms. Whilst visiting yesterday I looked up local roofers and found this firm, a quick phone call, photo by email and they agreed to come round today to do the work. Alex the tradesman arrived as promised and quickly set about the work. My mother-in-law found him friendly and conscientious and was pleased with his work. Alex turned up on time, was flexible to make things work, (I asked him to wait while I was finishing up with someone else I was meeting), patient, knew how to fix my issue, (hole in the roof), quoted on the spot, turned up the next day to fix it. Very simple, no hassle, will recommend and use again.

Appalling job on our garage flat roof. So bad we had to have it re-done. Also managed to spill corrosive fluid all over my car whilst doing the job. Repair to main roof was ok, but never gave us the written guarantee that we paid for. In response to your reply, I do not have the wrong company. It was many years ago now, but the fact I'm still so angry about it, should indicate how dissatisfied I was. We asked you to put it right many times and you kept saying you would, but you never did. In the end, I put it down to experience and got Boro Roofing to do it. They did a great job!
