Visited the store and spoke with Victoria about a large family holiday booking, she was massively helpful and friendly. She tried finding the best deals and was patient, she also printed us out quotations to leave with.

The team at Hays made booking and organizing our holiday so easy, basically they did it all for us.From choosing the best flight times to helping us find a wonderful hotel to sorting out our foreign currency nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile.Thankyou,our trip to Paris was magical.

Always book with Hays. Get incredible help and advice. We usually try and see Izzy who knows what we like, and where we like to holiday. We've booked trips abroad and in the UK and the service has always been brilliant. Very competitively priced too. Would highly recommend.

We booked a holiday away yesterday at the Scarborough branch with Izzy who was so very helpful in assisting us. Extremely professional and polite and very patient . Izzy is a credit to the store . We normally book on line but will definitely choose Hays again for future holidays away .It was a free experience. 😊
