TUI Holiday Store

We have just booked another 2 holidays with the guys at tui store scarborough. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the help and support from all the staff Bobby, Tommy, Sylvia and Lorraine. Your Holiday starts as soon as you walk in the store. Thank you 😊 I'm sure we will be back again soon.

Wow are the words that come to mind after my telephone calls with Tommy. After returning from our cruise we had some lost property , I called customer service which wasn’t much help tbh , I somehow got put through to Tommy at the Scarborough store. As I live in Leeds I’ve never been to his store. I cannot believe how fabulous helpful he was , he emailed the ship and airport to check if anything had been handed in , unfortunately nothing was found. He took the stress of the situation away from me . I cannot praise Tommy enough for his help. I really hope his manager sees this and awards him as Employee of the month as he so deserves it. When I rebook my next cruise I’ll be doing it over the phone through Tommy 🙏 Karen x

Lorraine was extremely helpful and welcoming. Having the teams knowledge allowed us to feel confident booking our holiday and the additional flexibility of being able to pay as much deposit as we wanted was another bonus.

I recently Booked online with TUI but I experienced a weird glitch that changed the remaining balance of my holiday despite paying in full. I Phoned TUI and was transferred to Bobby at Scarborough TUI who was brilliant, she took all my details explained how to help resolve the issue and then followed up with a call to explain that she had rectified the issue. Great customer service from Bobby
