I am absolutely fed up with the appalling service and dismissive attitude of the staff. While the food itself is decent, it’s nowhere near the standard it used to be, and the overall experience has gone downhill. What frustrates me most is the way I’m treated whenever I mention that I have a Blue Light Card and am therefore entitled to a discount. Instead of being met with respect or appreciation, I’m looked up and down and made to feel judged — as though asking for a legitimate discount is somehow unreasonable. The staff’s behaviour consistently comes across as rude and unhelpful, and it completely undermines what should be a pleasant dining experience. Prices have gone up noticeably, yet the quality of service has dropped to an unacceptable level. At this point, the only thing we seem to be getting more of is attitude and judgment, not value or hospitality. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company treat its loyal customers this way, especially those who serve the community.
Sadly an awful cup of coffee. The lady happily tried to rectify it, but to no avail. Plus no latte at this coffee shop which is my preferred drink, so it's just ground style with some milk, but still not good. Cafe itself is pleasant enough.
Really good bakers, easily better than Greggs and decent prices. Love the cheese straws. I wish they would expand to Scotland.
Fantastic, new build, clean and tidy, fresh and airy. Lots of choice of wonderful, yummy goods, to eat in or take away. Two bacon sandwiches two coffees and two cakes under £8.00 what's not too like. Caters for all dietary requirements. Staff helpful and good product knowledge.
Nice breakfast, open early, lovely hot coffee friendly staff. Nice and warm inside, . Four star rating only because meal served in a box, not a plate, not the fault of the staff i am guessing. 5 stars for the serving ladies!
