Been in here a few times, can get busy but never have to wait more than a minute or 2. Staff a polite enough, only come for for the sweet treats which are much more reasonably priced than compared with down south where i used to live. Cant complain about myself.

Can never get a hot or even warm pastry. Coffees bitter and everything is just too overpriced. They have also shrunk all the products a sausage roll is half the size it used to be 👎🏻

Five stars a few months back a busy happy place. Great team work delivers what customers want. Disruption lack of customer care, results in less footfall.

Incredibly slow service by staff who clearly don't want to be there. All the empty tables covered in rubbish. Open until 17.30 but had nothing left when we were there at 15.45. No wonder the company is struggling
