My wife and I recently bought two Cube e-bikes from Richardsons and the whole process could not have been a more pleasant one. Karen, Stephen and the team were not only knowledgeable but patient and really gave you that feeling that your custom really matters. I'm so happy with our new acquisitions, they're amazing and they ride so well. All in all, beyond our expectations in every respect. Please give these people your business and not go online or buy from the big chain retailers.

Richardson's Cycles simply the best service I've received at any shop/outlet in recent years. Old fashioned customer care that is refreshing to receive. I received excellent, professional, patient, advise. Ian taking care to assess my bike modification needs. (New handlebars, seat and riding position advise) bike app set up on phone. Following week, efficient service again from Karen, Chris and Steve. Thankyou for your patience and spending time fitting new bars, adjusting seat, re setting bike computer etc. Also choosing my new cycle helmet and lock/accessories etc. Five star service from a Five star team thankyou, Coralie. I bought a range extender for my Orbea Gain D40. Since purchasing ( not from Richardson's) it's been a very inconsistent beast. I took it to them and an hour later after a software update all is well and I can be confident of my potential range. Great job thanks.

Came in this afternoon, with my toddler in need of a quick fix to his set of wheels. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. We were in and out within 10 mins and back on the road. Thank you!
