I am from the States so I’m usually on guard for international shopping in general. But Jane, the person whom answered all my questions to the T, eased my worries about being scammed (no hard feelings - been there unfortunately). The package came within less than a month when I placed the order and it was very secured. The books were just as described and in very good condition for my collection.
We drifted in from a walk along the South Bay or Scarborough, into a small booklined and quiet space, like a gentleman's library. They do have some books of the modern paperback era for a fiver,but everywhere are leather bondings and gilt lettering. An unexpected treat.
Exquisite selection of books dating back to the 1600's. Janet was a pleasure to speak to.
