My husband and I called to collect two jumpers we had ordered on line. My husband kept one, but wanted to return the other. Paul could not have been more helpful, making for an easy, stress-free and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

I ordered online 2 long sleeve polo shirts, both in the same size but different colours and one of them drowned me it was so big. Returned to store at Scarborough where Linda and Denise (the team leader) were so so helpful. They confirmed I wasn't going mad and I had in fact received a faulty item, they got my refund sorted and kindly ordered me the top again to come to my home as I'd had to travel a long way to store and return rather than rely on the postal service. Brilliant members of the team and I'm very grateful for all their help and friendly faces when resolving my problem. They're a credit to the Company and thankyou again for your fast, efficient help.

Have bought clothes online from Cotton Traders for years. They have always been good quality and nice designs. Customer service and delivery have always been good. Visited the store in Scarborough for the first time this week. It was a really good experience, made even more so by the Manager Paul. He was really helpful and very pleasant. He is an asset to the company.
