False advertisement and fake products. Store will not accept returns or refunds even though it is stated on website. Tiny company out to rip people off. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable store with competent staff.

Terrible Customer Service. I got sent the wrong sizing ‘twice’ and was charged to return both packages despite it being their error. It’s cost me double the delivery charges and to send it back again, it’s taken weeks to wait for the items and I’m left with no correct sizing and alap out of pocket. The items were Christmas presents so my partner is now left with nothing. I’m so disappointed as never had this kind of treatment before from this company. The gentleman on the phone was not willing to help and was so reluctant to try and fix their mistakes. I have spent so much money here in the past but will never be ordering from here again due to such disregard and contempt towards the customer.

I have bought 3 Belstaff gilets since November totalling £800 with this company . One of them was a Xmas present , it arrived , I wrapped it up it was opened in Boxing Day but not put in until the Friday after , where it was discovered it had a 2 small neat cuts in the fabric . It was returned with a request to either swop it please or fix it . It was sent back with a letter refusing to do either despite having a good returns policy and a commitment to exchange . The attached letter says it can’t be proven we hadn’t done it …. I am very unhappy about this as you can imagine . The cost of the item was £295. I have taken it to a seamstress who can’t fix it due to the complexity of it . It’s clear it has been actually cut with a sharp blade , this has not happened when it was with us . Poor customer service

Dreadful service. I ordered some clothes for holiday with next day 24 hour tracked delivery, the clothes hit the Home Counties north depot yet subsequently didn’t come to my delivery address. Mainline offered me a refund or a credit note and the exact same thing happened again. It’s taken me the best part of a month and I have not had any clothes or my money back. Don’t use this company
