Really rude staff member would not use again. Refused parcel as wasn't wrapped in a parcel bag even though it was securely wrapped. Clearly doesn't like taking Yodel parcels based on other reviews.
Man was rude, told me my packaging was rubbish (it was in 3 bags buyer was fine with it). Recently I went printer was broken which he was snappy about.
Refuse parcel with no help. Don’t bother taking a trip for yodel as will pick and choose when they wanna take it.
To person that refused to take my Yodel parcel as it was “too big”, it wasn’t. Lady in other shop measured it and it was completely fine for Yodel so next time keep that attitude to yourself.
The guy who works there very rude, didn’t wanted to take my Yodel paracel as my barcode on my phone was in dark mode. I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. Avoid !
