No idea where to begin with this place. I mean the bloke behind the counter doesn’t even wear any shoes for starters. Always come in to collect my parcels, he thinks it’s acceptable to serve other people in front of me who are paying for goods at the store. As though my queries do my matter. Complete disregard, lack of communication skills. And takes forever to find parcels… maybe they shouldn’t bite of more than they can chew.

DPD delivery dropped my item off here instead of waiting for me to open my front door. When I went to collect it, they couldn't find it, but that didn't stop the guy, who looked like he didn't know what day of the week it was, from offering me a choice of any of the parcels they did have! It looks well stocked though. A bit run down too.

There is a assistant , small indian man who always get my parcels mixed up or says that they haven't arrived. He is very rude about it telling me he carnt understand me and l am put off now about using this shop for any of my parcels

Took my parcel to return to Amazon. It was opened late so very convenient, they pack it and print the return label for you, you just need your QR code return label.
