The Flower Shop

I wasn't going to leave a review but as the florist just text me contesting my complaint, I feel a bad review is justified. I ordered over the phone because I am around 340 miles from the recipient, I asked for a large vibrant spring bouquet of flowers, perhaps arty. And what was delivered was not even on par with what I buy for myself from my local tesco express, I can get a ginormous bouquet of roses and tulips for £10, the florist put together a small and sparse bouquet for £35. I called them to express my disappointment, it's embarrassing to send such a mediocre gift for my mother in laws birthday. Granted, the shop has partially refunded me. But ended the call telling me to buy from the supermarket next time.

We ordered from The Flower Shop for our wedding bouquets and buttonholes. From a short description and a few inspirational photos, The Flower Shop crafted my dream bouquets! They looked so beautiful on the day and really brought together our colour themes - they also lasted weeks afterwards.

Flicking through google i came across The Flower Shop, Falsgrave Road. Scarborough..I rang on a late Fri afternoon, the shop sounded busy, I spoke with 2 ladies, both extremely nice, wanting to get some flowers delivered for that day, bear in mind the shop was due to shut in 2 hours, couldn't have got nicer staff, very helpful, even shared a giggle about our cards,sugartits. Everything was easy, from choosing flowers to payment . Going a little out their way, after what sounded like a busy shift (much appreciated) they delivered the most Beautiful bunch of flowers, nicely wrapped in pretty paper/cellophane , nicely wrote card. Just Perfect for the occasion. I would Highly recommend this shop and staff Many thanks for saving the day/me 🫶💐🥰
