Just ordered a new sofa and chair. Beautiful quality, lovely choice of colours and fabrics. But what made the experience great was the fantastic customer service we received from John. He was incredibly knowledgeable and really patient as we thought and discussed, thought some more, sat on everything, thought some more and ummmmed and ahhhed for about an hour! He was also genuinely helpful (no smarmy, pushy sales patter, which would have sent me running for the door!) he answered every question and offered lots of insight and useful product info and comparisons. Was it as cheap as buying online? No. Am I absolutely certain we've made the right purchase for our home? Completely. We'll done Sinclair's. Highly recommend. And if we need anything else, we'll be back! All the best for 2026.

Outstanding service from both the sales team and the two delivery guys. No pressure to buy here which gave me time to think about exactly what I wanted and then purchase my new reclining settee upon my second visit. Although not in a rush my new settee arrived about six weeks after my order and delivered straight away by two polite professional delivery guys who put the settee together and then showed me how to work the controller. I honestly can't recommend Sinclair's enough. This will be my first option go to store from now on. Thank you.
