Vegan stuff mixed in with the non vegan stuff, I picked up a few vegan items today not noticing the jelly babies where ' vintage ' not ' vegan 'I hadn't noticed due to them being mixed in with all the vegetarian stuff

Always very impressed by this lovely shop and those who work in it. Excellent customer service, the staff engage with customers and help them with their queries. I love the way the stock displayed and any offers are clearly on show so they are easy to find. Well done all, it's a retail experience I always look forward to!

Very disappointed with company. Have been using it for a long time but not anymore. Prices are high but discount made them more affordable. Discount now removed apparently by an email but staff couldn’t say when even though I received the discount at another store recently. Apparently they favour profit over customer satisfaction.

The young man serving today(Bank Holiday Monday) was exceptionally helpful. He answered questions we had thoroughly and professionally and he was very friendly with it. Thank you 🙂
