Zoee was excellent today, great sales women as she sold me 2 pairs of gold earrings for my wife, she was a natural and very professional. I'd come back because she made us both feel comfortable and she had a great personality. Something you don't often see these days. 10/10

I have had my ears pierced today by a Natalie, she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She was very clear with aftercare instructions and she thoroughly talked through the process with me. Thank you so much for being so patient and kind!

Absolutely amazing! My daughter had her second ear piercing done over the weekend and 100% recommended this FREE service!!! The staff were brilliant we first met a young girl with dark hair who showed us the earrings on offer and explained the process she was polite and interacted with my daughter, she handed us over to Natalie who made my daughter feel so at ease and talked her through everything, the hygiene was exceptional not only cleaning and sterilising surfaces and her own hands and gloves but also my daughter hands ready for her to inevitably touch the piercings straight away lol my daughter was given an emotional support bear to hug and even a sweet treat afterwards. She also received a sticker and award for her bravery! - very cute memorable moments for all of us. Once again 100% recommended!!! We previously went to Claire's accessories and this whole experience went above and beyond what we expected!

My daughter just had her ears pierced today by Natalie. We are over the moon. My daughter was so excited and happy. Natalie was so kind, calm and professional she spoke directly to my daughter every step of the way and all about the aftercare. Lovely lady and very lovely store. Thank you 😊😊😊
