Have just been to the shop with some issues, having just moved to Whitby. We were helped by Mary who was excellent, sorted all our problems out and more. Will definitely be back when we change our mobiles. Thanks Mary, you're a credit to O2.

Phoned up customer services was on phone for over half an hour, agent not listening to a word I was saying, or the main reason I was phoning. So went into store, greeting me sorted my problem with 3 mins fantastic. Really helpful, listened. Really good customer service.

Went in to upgrade phone and was in and out in 5 mins, told them what I wanted,what plan i needed and was sorted all within 5 mins, good service when they know what you want.

The staff in this shop are very kind and helpful. Kevin spent a long time helping us with my Dad's phone and while we were waiting we saw another employee very patiently and considerately dealing with an elderly lady. Well done O2 Scarborough
