My 70 year old grandma with an broken arm tried to return shoes she had bought. The store staff spoke to her condescendingly and with a bad attitude. The shoes were faulty and we had to call their head office just for them to give us the time of day. They spent an hour and half messing her around probably hoping she would just give up with her being old. The staff complained he'd wasted an hour of his time AN HOUR WHICH HE IS PAID FOR TO DO HIS JOB. sarcastic and being impatient while giving dirty looks. Keep your poorly lined overpriced shoes and vulnerable customers beware

I've never visited the men's department until recently when I was looking for a new pair of Sketchers. There was a good selection of shoes and the assistant was very helpful and accomodating. I ended up buying two pairs but had to return one of them for a larger size. Again this was done quickly and without fuss. Prices were competitive and it was nice to 'try before you buy'.
