Great service and advice from Scott at the Scarborough shop this week. After he talked through weather and surf forecasts, we and the kids have had have 2 great days surfing and an amazing day today swimming through caves with puffins all around us. Thank you 😊

Amazing services from the guys! Less than 24 hours and I’m surfing again! Ordered a lost surfboard and it arrived before 12 oclock the next day. Extremely well packaged as it’s always on the mind when couriers are handling fragile surfboards. Thanks again. Can’t recommend theses guys enough.

My review is a bit of an odd one as it's a failed purchase. I ordered a waterproof jacket online for next day delivery, unfortunately it was no longer in stock. I know this as secret spot rang me up to advise me of this and offered me a different colour, which I declined as I was after the colour I ordered. They were very apologetic and refunded me straight away with no fuss. 5 stars for excellent customer service, and even though I was unsuccessful today I will certainly be checking them for future purchases.

Amazing service from Secret Spot! Recently bought a wetsuit and needed a different size. The whole process was super efficient to exchange, with really helpful staff - the warehouse team were straight on it and helped me out when I had a trip away booked. Thanks so much, I'll see you all soon for my new longboard :-)

Had excellent customer service every time we have visited both the Cayton & Scarborough shops. Great range of products & advice. Scotty at the Scarborough shop has loads of knowledge about the products & the local surf area, always makes time to chat & give expert advice. Will be visiting again soon
