Booked delivery slot for 12:30 - 2:30. Two hours later ( 2 hrs after the latest time given) and there’s no sign of my food shop. Tried calling multiple times and no answer but they’ve marked my order as completed on the app. This isn’t the first time this has happened but have benefit of the doubt the first time but will not be ordering for delivery again.

Called into done a food shoo yesterday & get a delivery for later in the day. During the evening received a call to ask if we could change the delivery to this morning due to unforeseen circumstances. No problem whatsoever. I got another call a short while later to say they would be able to deliver on the same day. The staff at the Scarborough store are a pretty good team, always helpful, & will always do their best to problem solve. Thank you Iceland, Scarborough store.

Not good at all... I have used Iceland for years and always been good. But not this time, I saw an advertisement for a leg of lamb reduced from £20 to £10, on the website, in Scarborough. So I went to buy one, only to be told it was £20 as it was an online offer. Nothing on the website stated this, so I complained as saying this is false advertising, only to be told that's your opinion, not good at all... complained to staff in shop, phoned shop and phoned complaint line. Only to be told we will pass it on. No details taken off me, or anything.so hopefully nobody else has to deal with this false advertising and waste their time going to buy something, at a different price. To the one that's advertised. The half price leg lamb is on sale as advertised

Great shop that sells a lot of cheap and tasty products. There 1£ frozen meals are very good value. Taste nice and is a 500g portion. Worth having a shop online as they offer same day delivery or next day for a small price. Free over a certain amount. Staff are nice... :)

Got told off for using my own bag to do my shopping must use their basket. When old losing your sense of balance not so easy to carry both. Never again try somewhere else more user friendly for seniors
