I was served today by Michael (Mike). He was incredibly rude to the point where I seen his colleague Emma looked shocked. I’m not from the area but I can assure you if I was, I’d never use the shop again. She apologised for his behaviour which she shouldn’t have to do but great customer service from her. Maybe Mike needs some training from Emma on how to treat customers?

Absolutely appalling, spoke to me worth no respect whatsoever. I was polite and said thank you and she still couldn’t even look me in the eyes, After that she then threw the drawer into my stomach. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolute joke, great big shell advertisement but not shell. Won't take app as told not shell. Staff so rude cancelled card payment looked at other staff member said she was refusing serving me. So rude no customer service at all. Avoid this place at all costs
