If I could give a zero, I would. Horrible, lazy, rude people. They do not have any packages for Hermes, even though Amazon says they will package up a return. When I tried to show them what Amazon said on my return, they literally started yelling in my face to get out of their store. Both the youngish unhappy worker and his older also unhappy coworker were beyond rude. Didn't look up front he phone, got annoyed with me when I asked what to do for a return, spiek incredibly rudely to me. I wouldn't spend a minute or a pence in that store. Horrible experience.

Use to use this shop for picking up Hermes parcels, will no longer be doing so. The staff that work here are fairly rude and mindless. When I would come to pick up my parcels, I’d give them my name and they would stand there on their phone watching a video/or on FaceTime to someone until they decided they could be bothered giving me my parcel. Extremely unprofessional.

Rude and unhelpful. £5 minimum for card payment is archaic, most shops stopped that years ago. The banks only charge about 2% so it's about getting you to spend more than you wanted. Never bought anything here and probably never will. Interesting that a few weeks ago there were several one star poor reviews but now several glowing reviews...so obviously fake reviews from fake accounts.

Refused 2 assistance dogs after being shown their card. Practically tried to start a fight and think it’s acceptable to push customers and get in their faces. Rude vile people.

Not open til 10pm like it says. Came here at 8pm a couple of times and was shut. Wasting my time with incorrect opening hours.
