Fantastic service, managed to recover my laptop after a dell update caused all sorts of chaos. The work required significant technical knowledge, which Coywood provided. Work was carried out promptly and very good value, especially when the alternative as throwing +£1000 laptop in the bin. Many thanks.

One of the few companies that are 1: based in the UK and 2: have stock available in the UK for shipping. Was looking for a laptop charger replacement (after the one I had died 6 years in) and even HP were not that much of a help (their HP PARTS website is beyond broken). Transparent and good people. Rarity in the UK. Thank you.

Ordered a charger for an ASUS laptop. They had the correct charger in stock and unlike Amazon this is not a dodgy knock off. Arrived promptly, excellent service. Would recommend for replacement chargers.
