I would highly recommend Jennings Scarborough for any of your computer support needs or purchases. The team are knowledgeable, professional and at the same time friendly. My experience of purchasing a device from them and they’re handling of inevitable challenges transferring data from an old device was made seamless for me.

We are not very techno savvy but Jon simplified and explained with endless patience and navigated us through the ins and outs of upgrading our Mac. We were going to buy an additional reconditioned one but things didn't work out and Jennings gave us a refund without quibble. A reliable and helpful business and we certainly recommend. A particular thank you to Jon who gave us such a lot of time and stayed cheerful throughout.

I recently had an issue with my MacBook Pro screen — lines had started to appear, and it was clearly in need of repair. I contacted Margaret at Jennings in Scarborough, and she was incredibly helpful and professional from the start. She clearly explained my two options for parts and pricing, along with the expected timescale for the repair. I dropped the MacBook off the same day, and despite two bank holidays and a weekend, it was ready for collection within just a few days — much quicker than I expected! The service was absolutely superb, and everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner. If I or any of my friends need tech repairs or services in the future, Jennings is the place I will confidently recommend.

My Macbook Pro was not powering on and I took it to Jennings on a Monday. They said it might not he ready till maybe after the bank holiday weekend. Guess what, within 24 hours, they had diagnosed a failed battery, installed a new battery assembly, and replaced 2 USB charge ports. I had my laptop back on Tuesday afternoon! Their service was brilliant, super quick, and very reasonably priced. Amazing to have Jennings as the local Apple dealer and repairer right here in Scarborough. Thank you!
