Had to call twice to get any updates, took three weeks to even have my laptop looked at when I was promised it would take days. Finally confirms he can’t help, gives my laptop back to me in a million pieces. Awful awful company.

Computer completely shut down on me on Tuesday dropped it off at 4pm and was ready with a new hard drive, upgraded memory and he managed to save all of the old info from my broken HD Thank you so much for your help in getting me back up and running !

Unfortunately, I will have to give Tiger Computers a one star review. I asked Alan if he did website hosting as I already had my own website. He said that he did, so I paid £99 in advance but didn’t get what I paid for. Alan wanted me to change my website using Wordpress, which I didn’t want to do, but reluctantly, I said I would try it. I made it very clear that I am not very computer literate, but Alan said he would help me with everything I needed to do. For some reason though, he has now stopped replying to my emails, even my latest ones requesting a refund. Due to his limited opening hours, I have so far been unable to find his shop open when I am able to visit, so it seems that I have lost my money!

Alan at tiger,so professional attitude ,he did some printing for me . So fast and got it all ready for me in no time. The work he's done was much better than I wanted. Price was reasonable too. Very polite and friendly. I will always use tiger . I would recommend him to anyone . Thanks again tiger computers.

I don't understand the reason a COMPUTER company would be closed on a Monday? It is THE most popular market going COMPUTERS are the most popular thing on the planet, as is gaming. I have had to wait almost 5 months to get this pc running and now I have to be told that a computer shop in TOWN is not open on a Monday.
