The host is so lovely, she made sure to greet us with a warm welcome. Front doors are always locked on a night but you have access to it with a key, this made us feel very safe and secure. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean. The shower is powerful. I do photography as a hobby and the beautiful views made for some amazing photos. Me and my girlfriend plan on moving to Scarborough and this trip has definitely helped us decide. Thank you for being so warm!
Had a good, very short stay at this little hotel and I really liked it. Very friendly, very decent breakfast and comfortable bed. Thank goodness I did not know beforehand that I had to walk uphill to get there, otherwise I might have chosen a different place to stay and missed this. Would stay again if I ever came back to Scarborough.
Stayed here for one night as was at a gig at the open air theatre. Room was in the top floor which a view of both the church and the sea. The room it's self was small but was fine for the night. Bed was too soft for me but still managed to sleep. Shower was nice and hot . The location was about a 10 minute walk to the open air and and 10 minutes down hill to the harbour. On site parking which is ideal in the summer months. Over very happy for the price we paid.
Excellent guest house / bed and breakfast type hotel in a spectacular cliff top location. Free car park is a key selling point. Easy to walk to Castle and all Old Town and North Bay and South Bay attractions. Excellent cooked breakfast, which is free only if you book direct on their website. Highly recommend to book direct, not via Booking.com, as you can also choose your room - ground floor King room is very comfortable and convenient. Dinner not available but restaurant and takeaways nearby. No room service but you can collect snacks/drinks from lounge.
Shelly the manager is fabulous, friendly and so helpful . She made our stay memorable, she cooks the first class breakfast too. Worth her weight in gold. The B&B is right near the church and the castle. Perched on the cliff tops with amazing views out to sea.
