Willow Dene Guest House

I stayed 3 nights in a single room,room, sheets and towels were spotless lovely room,made to feel welcomed as soon as I arrived, breakfast was delicious with a perfect fried egg and excellent choice,parked at the front of the property had no problem but if no space left a parking dice was available ,love to Harley x❤️

Just spent three nights here over the Easter bank holiday, from the moment we first walked into the house we were made to feel welcome, the parking is on road but we were given a parking permit to cover our stay, the room was spotless, tea, coffee and biscuits, lovely big bath towels, the bed was really comfortable, we have no complaints at all about the room. Breakfast was lovely, put an order in the day before and when you get to the dining room which has a huge Dr Who theme and interesting clock, you are greeted and served immediately with tea or coffee and toast, my wife Tracy had the fruit salad twice and really enjoyed it, fresh fruit, excellent variety, cooked breakfast was great, comes on a smaller plate and you think there isn't enough, but trust me there is, all really tasty kept us full for the day, what we particularly liked was that after breakfast the two guys would come into the dining room and spend time with all the guests, chatting and having a laugh unlike other b&bs we have stayed in where we felt we were in the way. We went up to Scarborough on a fact finding mission with a view to maybe moving somewhere in North Yorkshire permanently and the two guys couldn't have been more helpful with where to look and information about the area which was very much appreciated. Got to be honest, Scarborough is not my favourite place but we are really glad we stayed at this b&b and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Scarborough - and trust me I have visited many of them. (1) Excellent hosts, witty, kind, helpful, entertaining - just great inter personal skills. (2) Fresh, clean absolutely immaculate accommodation totally spotless. (3) Delicious tasty food - the best hotel breakfast food I’ve ever tasted. Book it now. It’s an experience not to be missed!

Great hosts, great rooms, good prices. Lovely wee dog too, and good Dr Who collection!
