What a great break we had in this hotel. Staff are lovely always cheerful helpful. Food was good. Views from hotel stunning. We definitely be coming back.....
Was there at the beginning of August on a coach tour, was not the best hotel I have stayed in. Rooms are very dated, damp patches on the roof. The service was really slow, some staff were fine while others were not. I would not go back to it.
Just arrived back from a 5 day Daish holiday, Excellent from start to finish,Great sea view room, excellent food (Gluten free) great selection, great staff, and good evening entertainment 😃
The hotel is in a great position with spectacular views. The food was excellent. The hotel was a little grotty but it was under refurbishment. The entertainment wasn't great. The elvis tribute singer was very good but the rest of the week the entertainment was so poor that a busker in the local town was a better singer. The waiting service was good apart from the morning that we were departing. On this morning we were relying on a very young waiter to serve our breakfast. I was on one of three tables that this waiter ignored, even though we kept asking for our food. This waiter was serving all of the other tables on his rota. We waited twenty minutes for our tea and coffee to be served. The waiter gave us no eye contact and no apology or explanation as to why we had to wait so long. We did speak to the other waitresses but we told that the young lad was serving our tables. We had an hour for breakfast before departing, we waited an hour for our food and still hadn't had breakfast. I had to complain to the manager who then rushed to the kitchen and served our breakfast himself. The manager was very apologetic and delayed the departure time so we could have breakfast. I will return to this hotel but I will seek other hotels entertainment and if this young waiter is still working there, I will ask to not have him wait on me during my stay.
Fantastic views from rooms staff out of this world so helpful and friendly food very good as well no problems at all
