A very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts David and Paul. I only stayed for 2 nights and the small double room I booked was well decorated, very clean and even had a small ensuite with a shower. It was perfect for my needs as a single traveller. The freshly cooked breakfast was one of the best I've had. I can not recommend it enough and would definately stay again if I visit Scarborough. Thank you Ron

This was our first visit to the Phoenix Guest House and we will definitely be going back. The room we had was lovely and clean with all the facilities we needed including en suite bathroom. Paul and David were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was cooked fresh and there was plenty of choice even if you wanted a lighter option. Would definitely reccomend. The only issue was the parking at times but this would not stop us going again

Wonderful from first turning up to leaving. The hosts paul and david were Wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Had breakfast on day of going home and hats off to the chef. Yummy 😋. Anyone wanting a reasonably priced bb in Scarborough would definitely recommend the phoenix guest House you won't go wrong and the bed was lush

Me and my husband spent 5 nights at this delightful b&b, and is the best b&b we have stayed at . Everywhere was spotless , breakfasts and service were perfect by the the dream team David and Paul. This place is highly recommended by us both. Plenty of places of interest to go to, easy parking out front, plenty of places to go to for food. Sue and Kev

Having just spent 3 nights on recommendations from friends who visit twice year I would return in a heartbeat. Paul and David are excellent hosts and so welcoming. The location is excellent for the park and North Bay sea front plus the open air theatre. My room and bed were so comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and my hosts kindly took my luggage up for me as I'm quite elderly!!! and do hope to visit again while I'm still able - Whitby and Filey next trips after Robin Hoods Bay and Scarborough itself this visit.
