Very disappointing experience. The arcade was quiet (less than 5 other people) and my son lost his wallet. When we asked staff to check the CCTV, they refused. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to help was shocking. Left feeling like they were responsible for the stolen wallet.
Took my daughter here on 11/10/24 she went on a game and got instant win,the trap door opened and the prizes did not drop due to been wedged together I finally found a member of staff who's attitude absolutely stunk he spoke to me appalling and informed there was nothing he could do as he can't open the machine I had just stood and watched him open the same machine further up he then told me tuff, I've put a complaint in they havnt even the decency to acknowledge it,ive rang the number provided on the form and left a message heard nothing back, customer service is none , what a horrid start to our week away to be spoken to the way we were and to a 9 year old girl its disgusting, that's the man in the picture after reading other reviews apparently he is always like this
Terrible!! Worst arcades in Scarborough by far. Most of the games are un-winnable, rest are broken. Put £20 in one of the bandits and it didn’t even put me on the board once. Also seen a kid win on the round machine that releases a catch and the prize didn’t drop…clearly rigged for failure!! After reading the other reviews I didn’t even confirm the owner and just left. AVOID!
Pitiful !! Fun ? Not for kids this place all about profit profit profit... £1 games spewing out a handful of tokens even when jackpots are hit . £25 to win a load of paper ... nearly 400 tickets and they bought ... A couple of sweets you could buy for a pound in a shop. Poor Grandson was disappointed with all his hard efforts and my hard earned money being worth a refresher and a tango ... Avoid this place its expensive , games last about 25 seconds and prizes are pathetic. You will leave feeling ripped off with unimpressed kids !!!
This man in the photo , refused to give me money back used on a broken machine and even swore at me and my child when I tried to ask why, would not recommend
