Oh my gosh... oh my goodness.... if you like your colourful, arty murals, then this is the must-visit street in Scarborough. For sure. And with bells on. It is tucked away on a sloping, quiet, cobbled back street, not far from Ray Lonsdale's Smuggler's Apprentice sculpture - also worth seeing. It is a whole collection of murals down one side of the street and also on a whole building's elevation. As it states, it took 4 artists 710 hours to complete, having begun it in 2003. Just. Simply. Awesome. Loved it! Highly recommended.

The gallery is spacious and welcoming and show an excellent variety of work from British and International artists. The work is eclectic and there is definitely something for everybody! Perfectly situated 5 minutes walk from the main beach and promenade.

Charming variety of affordable ceramic art. The temporary exhibition was good too. Shirley was very friendly and gave us lots of advice as visitors to Scarborough.

Fabulous choice of mostly Yorkshire ceramicists. Really worth a look to support their art. We love John Egerton's bowls/vases.
