CrossFit Scarborough is open Monday to Tuesday from 5:30 AM to 7:45 PM, Wednesday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Saturday sessions run from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and the gym is closed on Sundays. For convenience, credit cards, debit cards, and NFC payments are all accepted.

I've been training at this CrossFit box for the past 8 years, and I can honestly say it's become a second home. The coaches are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely approachable — whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, they meet you where you are and help you grow with confidence and care. What really sets this place apart is the community. It's supportive, welcoming, and full of people who cheer each other on through every workout. There's a real sense of camaraderie here that makes even the toughest sessions enjoyable. If you're looking for expert coaching in a friendly, motivating environment, this is the place to be. I’m grateful to be part of it.
Joined in June and loved every session. Can't fault the coaches and facilities. Was nervous about starting the gym but took me through all the correct techniques and coached me how to safely workout and built my confidence to start lifting again. Can't recommend them enough
I’ve had my first month at CrossFit & I’m very happy with my progress. Pete & the other coaches have been very accommodating and structured my workouts to tailor my needs after a bad Achilles & ankle injury last October. I’m seeing positive differences already & I look forward to each session. Everyone is very welcoming & not shy with encouragement when needed. Would definitely recommend
I’ve been personal training with Pete for the last two months. The gym is in a convenient location with easy parking. I’ve seen significant improvements in my fitness levels already and plan to join the group classes as well as personal training. Pete is patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m really enjoying training with him.
I joined 5 weeks ago after being slightly sceptical about CrossFit. Having had discussions with Pete before joining I was sold on his philosophy and quickly realised we were goal congruent. Having been at gyms that are geared more to cardio and needing a change this absolutely hits the spot. You'll learn technique, get amazing support and be immersed in the great culture Pete and Warren carefully craft.
