We couldn't be happier with the sponge christamas cake we have just collected. The staff are always supper friendly and can't do enough for you not matter what you are ordering .20 out of 10 all round !

Staniforths fresh buns have gone to the dogs. I undersant why but the move from fresh crram to synthetic cream is awful. So unfortunately i wont be buying any more.

Went to the St John’s Green branch at 11:45am to be told all pork sandwiches had sold out! Why are these sold before lunch time? When working from home and don’t get lunch break until 12pm people are missing out. There were 3 people infront of me in the queue all bulk buying pork sandwiches! Supply and demand so either cook more pork or limit the number you sell to 1 person and wait until lunchtime before selling them! I left without buying anything else so a loss to them resulting in this poor review!

Word's best sausage rolls hands down, Greggs doesn't have a patch on them. The staff are lovely and always super friendly! They do amazing breakfast rolls and hot roast pork sandwiches at lunchtime, great selection of cakes and the fresh bread is incredible 👌

Just been in 30 mins ago to buy bread rolls and a cake, bought a cold drink as well. After I left shop I opened drink to find it tastes funny, turns out it expired 31/12/23. I went back to the shop, which opening hrs are until 14h30, I was there at 14h20 and they were closed and lady refused to open door. When I called and explained the situation, she said their supplier will have sent the expired drinks and it's not their duty to check this. When I said I find it hard to believe a supplier will send cold drinks 4 months past the sell by date she hung up on me. Great service all round......not
