We live locally, so we have been here a few times before. During this visit we parked in the new North Car park. Loads of space to park and eay access down a short lane, which was well sign posted. There are a few different walks to do that are clearly marked on the map. All paths are now gravel paths, which makes it nice under foot. Really enjoyed ourselves walking around, with some great views. Would highly recommend it.

Fairly new nature reserve but there's plenty to see, I can only see it getting better over time. It would be good if at some point there were some bird hides if possible.

This is a very nice place to walk around several bodies of water along hard wide paths. You can wear ordinary shoes here in the summer. You will encounter a lot of dog-walkers and see a fair bit of wildlife.
