Seacroft Hospital

I attended an appointment in the breast screening unit this week and the staff team who supported me were so kind and reassuring. The whole experience put me at ease and was professional throughout. This would have been a 5 star rating but I found the parking system very difficult to access and pay for which made the visit unnecessarily stressful.

Transferred to seacroft limb centre after the way hull limb centre treated me. One and half hours of physio in 14weeks and then told me that I would never walk again then tried to push me towards an electric wheelchair which I don't want one and refused me my prosthetic leg .everything was explained to me and the first time myself and my stepson were introduced to the consultant and the team I felt more informed about the way things were progressing

Parking is a literally nightmare. Tooke 20 minutes to find a space - this signage is so poor that you don't even know where to start to find patient parking - when you do eventually find it you pay (that's not the issue) - the issue is that you have to go on a hunt for the pay and display machine. So by the time I did all that I was late for my appointment. Thankfully staff (nurses and phlebotomists) were lovely.

The staff and the place were excellent. At 10.30 on a Thursday morning the parking was full up, so absolutely horrendous. Will have to take a taxi if I ever have to return.

Went to have further hearing test. the corridors were boiling, cant be any cooler then 40c and the hospital is falling apart.
