Sells phones which don't work with UK networks (2G handset in 2025?!), accepts no responsibility for not identifying the handset as 2G and offers to pay less than half the phone value in spite of no display of a return policy. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic shop, my wife's phone decided to "die" this morning and although it would still ring and accept calls the screen was blank. When I tried to restart it the phone brought up the restart button but pressing it had no effect, took it to Future Links and the gentleman behind the counter had a look and at first thought it was a screen problem, when I explained about the restart issue he managed to reset it and then checked it, all working perfectly now! Really pleased and cannot recommend highly enough - I wanted to give 6 🌟 but that's not available. Thanks for your help!

What a "STAR". I've used this store for several years buying, over the years, replacement cords, connectors, mobile carrying cases and mobile cases and always found the store and staff to be most welcoming and helpful. Today though ... exceptional. I'd downloaded a "health" app to my phone (that turned out to be a virus). Calling at 02 - my provider - for help was to no avail ... the assistant wouldnt even look at my phone or offer advice! However, at Future Links it was quite the opposite. The professional, very helpful gentleman tiik my phone and, after 'wrestling' with it fot several minutes *very* successfully temoved the 'app' and the virus, returning my phone back to its previous excellent self. As I said, what a STAR, what a store. Thank you so much.
