If you see a car you like at this dealership, make sure you ask for Stevan Arkwright. This gentleman is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, his knowledge is second to none, very informative and he is just a lovely chap to deal with. We collected our second hand Range Rover today and I'm quite a finicky person and Steve went above and beyond preparing this used vehicle, giving us a very fair price for our part exchange, sorting out all the paperwork for our private registration and making it a seamless transaction. We will certainly be back when my wife changes her car and are already looking forward to returning and meeting all the friendly staff when we have our car serviced. Popped in as rear windscreen wiper had stopped working. Allen came straight out to take a look and had it fixed in 5 mins. Excellent, friendly service. Best Land Rover garage in the area. All the staff are very helpful and would rather drive a bit further to here, than to local garage.
We had traveled down from the Highlands on our 2 month trip and on reaching Yorkshire our Landrover Discovery 4 had a brake problem. We phoned got an appointment straight away and once in she was up on the ramp and Alan Bathers found the problem instantly. All the staff & reception staff were brilliant. Alan even got the car cleaned inside and out . Thank you Alan you are a gem top man we can not thank you enough. Mr Mrs Sims .
Amazing experience buying a car for my father, Steve Arkwright looked after us in the perfect manor at all times, no hard sell, just informative and helpful throughout the transaction. Other sales personnel could learn an awful lot from Steve 10/10 - we will be back!!!!
5 ⭐️ service from Allen Bathers. We broke down on holiday and Allen attended the vehicle at our accommodation. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and we were back on the road the next day! Allen couldn’t have been more helpful. We knew this already as we travel from Inverness to get our services done at Ribblesdale!
