Disturbing place for the community. Staff don't welcome people with a smile and joy, instead they try to make customers leave. Nikkie is one of the female staff that make this place appealing for safety concerns. And the other lady staff are shocking. Andrew and the staff above 45 are very good.

Poor service staff are rude no smiles and unwelcoming and they don't have a toilet, that a 5year old could use worse place ever, so before you set off to enjoy an afternoon with your kids at a library make sure they use a toilet or you might have to go to bookies which really not kid friendly place to use.

I have used the facilities for over 19 years now. The library has a good stock of material which is updated on regular basis. The staff have always been very helpful and more than willing to look into ordering books if you need to. They have always gone beyond their way to help my kids with their books.

Staff are useless and incompetent. Library staff are not informative of Covid restrictions as they don’t even know what they’re doing themselves. As a result they think they’re entitled to treat others rudely, there version of ‘following Covid restrictions’. I was shocked to see how arrogantly the manager was carrying on with myself and others in the library, clearly got an attitude problem. Nobody needs this when visiting a library, will not be going back.

Great for little ones. Plenty of choice and friendly, helpful staff. Includes a small play area with toys for toddlers.
