I use Firth Park Library quite regularly for printing, scanning and some other library services. I mostly get on with what I need to quietly by myself. However, the times I have needed assistance, I have always been attended perfectly. We ask our Libraries to offer and host many services these days beyond their original purpose and the team here are always doing their very best to help, sometimes in the face of very difficult, rude and demanding people. I don't know what I would do without this library. It's an absolutely essential community hub for this corner of Sheffield
It's not a library, it's a cafe. Too much noise, no respect. The place is chaotic, not a library where one can read or continue one's studies.I don't know why the staff don't intervene when there is gossip inside the library.
One of our favourite local places. We are quite frequent visitors due to my daughter's love of reading and the staff are always friendly, helpful & very patient. They've got quite a good selection of books but we also order books from other Sheffield libraries that can be collected from Firth Park.
