Treasure Island Sheffield

It was my little girls 2nd birthday yesterday and the girls went above and beyond to make my girls day special, I couldn’t have asked for a better day. The mascot was brilliant too. Thank you ladies I would highly recommend this place ❤️

We have just had our little girls 4th birthday here at Treasure Island Sheffield. Can’t fault anything from start to finish. Staff were lovely and attentive. Soft play, surrounding areas and toilets were very clean The enchanted party room where they eat their food was beautiful. Little private area for all parents to sit together. Best party ever! (The words of my little one and all her friends) Will definitely be visiting again soon ;) Thanks you to everyone 🫶

Prices have gone up since the change of owners however the place is much much cleaner, personaly i dont mind the price increase as id rather pay that little bit extra knowing my child is in a nicer/cleaner environent, foods not bad either. Seen a few reveiws about staff but they seemed fine to me, fast service and polite enough for me.

This place has gotten quite expensive since changing hands. £18+ for a family of 4. I appreciate prices are going up for businesses and its why the last people left but you still have to provide a good service for the price. Was too cold in there even for my kids running around. Terrible coffee and my partner ordered a burger that someone had clearly forgotten about and then still served it on a stale breadcake. Chips tasted like the oil in the fryers need changing. I wish play centres would get a grip and realise that a decent food and coffee offering would be good for business and people would pay to not be served cheap crap. Quite a lot of staff on all seemingly doing nothing and just ignoring you. We waited far too long for the 1 burger in a quiet play centre where no one else was eating.

Great Prices for admission & good! Millie who works at treasure island. Didn't stop cleaning the 2 hours I was there. The place is spotless! 5star children play area.
