I visited yesterday for a birthday celebration with a group of friends. We pre-booked our tickets and pre-ordered a three course meal. The cost of the ticket was €35.00 per person. Parking is plentiful and right outside the main entrance. Parking cost €1.00. The food was beautiful, well presented, tasty and the portion size was generous. Drinks were ordered at the table and brought to the table. We were able to set up a tab for drinks to pay at the end of the night. There were 8 races over the evening and bets were taken at the table too (cash only). Children are welcome. Live music is provided in the bar after the races have finished. Toilets are on the ground floor ...the restaurant is on the first floor but a lift is available. The atmosphere was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only down side was that there was seven of us and we were placed on two separate tables of four. We moved to a larger table after we had eaten, this made it easier to socialize.
Like the previous review this was a new experience for us, but was above and beyond what we expected. We were in a VIP box which was lovely. The food was phenomenal and fantastic value for money. The lady who served us was so lovely and the bookie did a great job sorting out the betting. If you want a fun night out we would highly recommend. Oh and all food allergies were catered for superbly.
Well this was a totally new experience !! But a hen/stag invitation couldn't be turned down so ....and a great night had by all. Superb meal - absolutely superb. Great waiter service, with friendly staff throughout. Our 'box' was modern, clean, great views of the track, with decorated tables. I've never been sure about dog racing - but a great deal of attention went to reassuring folk that the dogs would be returning to air conditioned kennels etc - hopefully this is the reality. Parking on site, all hood facilities, photos inc of our hen/stag after races named after them. All very very positive.

Love it!!!! My autistic daughter has the confidence to leave my sight!!!!! It's relaxed it's fun love seeing the riders. She watched for an hour just the busy pit area. Great racing and friendly staff. Absolutely love the speedway on Monday and Thursday night. The food is also very reasonably priced compared to all other speedway local tracks
