I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy coming here, but I was really let down this time. I got the brie and caramelised onion sandwich and it was full of actual onion peels not just chewy bits, but proper inedible outer layers that had no business being in there. I even showed the staff member and gave her the plate full of peels back, but all I got was a quick sorry and nothing more. For the price (which has gone up recently too), you’d expect a lot better. Definitely not what I’d call quality food.

Had a cracking flat white coffee from HYGGE thirty two. It was quiet so stayed in. There are a number of benches to sit at long tables and a couple of window seats. Tables etc were all nice and clean. Was served very quickly, can certainly make a coffee faster than a lot of other places. Has a decent cozy vibe as it should. All good thanks.

I love Hygge 32 and go often for the coffee and atmosphere. The staff are always lovely, especially Alex - always asking how you've been and what you're doing. The music, natural light and decor are lovely for sitting and reading or studying or meeting with friends and they always have nice cakes, salads or fresh-made sandwiches. My favourite thing about it is the fun riddles they put outside, or the occasional fun games which nab you a nice deal or free coffee! Seeing their sign with the fun riddle or puzzle always puts a smile on my face. Couldn't recommend enough for a small group or solo venture, although I wouldn't recommend Hygge 32 for a larger group as it is a smaller cafe - maybe seating 15 people maximum. There is a larger Hygge on Fitzalan Square which is just as nice and which has more seats if you want to try it but need extra space :)

The s’more hot cocoa was one of my favourite hot chocolates and the decaf was nice too although the foam design on top of the coffee could use some practice it didn’t take away from the taste.

Always like coming here. It is a chill environment for both study and chilling. The cake is tasty and good alongside a well made coffee. Always a pleasure to see the kind staff every visit. Would recommend.
