Soho Karaoke Bar and Restaurant Sheffield

I just need to say how unbelievably bad our experience was. First of all, the service was terrible. It took 50 minutes for 2 cocktails and the only reason we even got them is because I kept having to go up and remind the staff, yet they had no problem taking the payment instantly. Everyone in our group had the exact same issue with ordering drinks, and I could maybe understand if the place was packed, but there were literally just us and one other group there. So there’s absolutely no excuse. Then when we arrived, the room stunk of damp. It was honestly disgusting. Instead of sorting the problem, someone came in and handed us a bottle of Febreze like we were supposed to clean the smell ourselves. For what we paid, that’s embarrassing. And then to finish it off, after we left, you charged us £45 for “not leaving on time” even though not one staff member came to tell us our time was up. You can’t just hit people with an extra charge without even giving a warning. Overall, the whole experience was terrible from start to finish and definitely not worth the money.

Soho KTV is an amazing spot for gatherings! The atmosphere is stylish and vibrant, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The sound system is top-notch, the song selection is extensive, and the interface is super user-friendly. The staff is attentive, and the drinks and snacks are both delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️

Best Saturday night out, amazing atmosphere and great service

Well where to start. Drinks are warm and massively overpriced £35 for a 10 pound bottle of prosecco no wine or prosecco glasses. Bottled pop for a mixer and all the beer was warm. Room smelt like wet dog ( which they are clearly used to as had febreze on standby) and nothing was set up for our arrival furthermore the actual karaoke system was in another language and most song not available so we resulted to using you tube.....shambles. ! There was rubbish and boxes of deliveries everywhere not very professional and a hazard. To add insult to injury when we were advised the time was up we finished up the drinks and left but were charged an extra hour! But at no point did any come in at the allocated time or 15 minutes prior to advise clearly this is what they do to get more money out of people.....I mean we were the only people there so business isn't booming. Definitely won't be returning A 1* is one more star than is deserved !

A group of us visited, it was a great night had by all, they explained how to use everything clearly and we had drinks when we arrived. The only thing I would say is there’s not a drinks/food menu in the karaoke room.
