I highly recommend this restaurant as a top pick in Sheffield,UK. The atmosphere and customer service is 💯 top notch. They have an in-house DJ who plays great and diverse music keeping the guests entertained. (Thank you for the reggae tunes) . It's the small things like those that give you repeat customers. I was visiting sheffield for only a week from the US and was fortunate enough to dine here. I will definitely be back, hopefully soon....
We visited for the first time last week and the food is INCREDIBLE! I can’t believe I’ve never been before! The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome from the off they looked after us so good! We went in the week so it was quieter but we will definitely be back! Thank you.
Lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff, and great food. Had an early doors dinner so quiet but still a really nice feel to this place.
We ate in early for dinner today as a family- it was really quiet we were the only diners which is a shame as its a big place so it did lack atmosphere. We had a lovely meal and the service was really good. The guy serving us was really friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We had a variety of starters and mains all were nice and freshly cooked - the pollo al cognac was especially enjoyed. The restaurant was accomodating to making changes to items on the menu when asked too. Our kids loved their mocktails and the adults alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced. The restraunt went above and beyond even calling us after we left to inform us one of the children left something behind and they would keep it safe for us. Was a good experience
food was okay. but we came for somebodys birthday, mentioned this to the man who showed us to our table- there was a birthday on another table and they got a happy birthday song and a sombrero and a sparkler however they did nothing for our table despite us telling them it was somebodys birthday and them doing it for the other table. our waitress was lovely but apparently the servers dont receive the tips on card which is also poor from management. i think the person we told about the birthday was senior staff (the man who greeted us at the door and seated us) so disappointing service overall (but not from the waitress she was great)
