Mr Miyagi Revolving Sushi Bar

Honestly the worst experience ever, went there once before and it was decent so decided to go again with my freind, the staff were rude and lied for no reason at all. We wanted to sit in a booth at the back to be more comfortable and the lady said they had a reservation, nobody came even half an hour later she just didn't want us to sit there, she was very cold and unwelcoming and the service was probably worse than the food itself. We both ordered beef in black bean sauce with rice as it was nice last time it came out in literally 5 minutes and we noticed it was very pink and chewy, went over and asked about it. She went back to the counter and the lady was laughing, gossiping with her freinds making us feel very uncomfortable then she comes back saying its supposed to be cooked like that, theres nothing they can do and we ask them to take it back as we no longer want it and dont want to get ill from undercooked meat. She misheard us and takes it back to the kitchen and plate by plate she brings them back to the table. It was put in the microwave 😭 I'm not food expert but I know damn well you aren't supposed to do that. Brings back the exact same plates and everything. We then explain that thats not what we wanted and that putting it in the microwave to finish cooking it off is just really unsafe and could give us food poisoning. She goes and gets the owner ( I think) she snatches the plates up off the table and says that she's never had anyone complain about it how it was cooked.. well you have now 🙂 Just overall a very unwelcoming atmosphere, staff are huge bullies and gossip about you in Chinese. Just really weird and they clearly dont do well with feedback. Unsanitary, unwelcoming, wouldn't come again.

Me and my partner both went there and the food was phenomenal, we both enjoyed it and can't complain. Atmosphere was great, the infrastructure was great. Staff were friendly and we didn't wait long for the food to arrive. We both had the Chicken Katsu Don, Ox tongue skewers, chilli fried tofu and either dumplings or gyoza (can't remember what they are called).

The staff here are super friendly, and the food comes out really fast. The flavors are pretty good overall. The only thing is, the ramen isn’t quite what I expected—I was hoping for tonkotsu, but theirs is chicken-based. Not sure if they have the one I want. The unagi don is delicious, though, and the Korean fried chicken is just okay. Prices are reasonable too!

One of my favourite places to go to whether it's the bento boxes, sushi, ramen, or curry don. Absolutely lovely food. Always go with my partner. Vegetarian options are great, highly recommend mock chicken katsu curry don or the vegetarian tempura ramen!

Cute small Japanese restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere. Great food 🍱 portions are very generous . We did their lunch deal mid week and it was great value . Staff were really friendly too .
