The best pizza I’ve had in a long time in the UK. Visited during a weekend trip to Sheffield. Top notch ingredients, service and atmosphere. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made sure we were well looked after. Authentic tastes. Will definitely be coming back.
Gorgeous food and excellent atmosphere. Was surprised how busy it was on a Tuesday night. Clearly they are doing wonders in the kitchen and the meal showed it. 100% visiting again to try a tomato based pizza next time. All the food looks incredible and I am determined to work my way through the menu. Well worth a visit!
The menu runs through the Neapolitan canon: marinara and margherita, seasonal specials, fritti, and signatures like salsiccia e friarielli or the playful “Sofia Loren.” Flavours scream authenticity – San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte from Campania, and artisanal dough that’s tangy, light, and properly proven. The wood-fired crust blisters just as it should. Having eaten pizze across southern Italy, including at Caserta’s world champion, I can say Napoli Centro holds its own with the best. Sheffield is lucky to have it.
Hands down the best pizza that I’ve ever eaten and I have travelled across italy and naples! The sophia loren is my favourite pizza in the world it is salty and sweet and just so flavoursome and tasty. The base is so light and fluffy, I have tried other menu items but will keep coming back for the pizza!!
A slice of Naples in Sheffield! Colorful place, welcoming staff and delicious pizza and starters. High quality ingredientes, customised recipes and high hydrated dough make Napoli Centro pizza the best I have ever eaten in UK (and even much better than many I tried in Italy). Well done!
