Recently visited Pellizco at the beginning of Jan. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming as always. The food was amazing, highly recommend the specials (coconut prawn tostada was unreal!!) and the sweetcorn ice cream is my new fav flavour. Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to go back
Our favourite in Sheffield, we’ve become regulars. The food is reliably excellent, the service is always warm & friendly, and the Pineapple tepache margaritas are seriously delicious! Highly recommend the halloumi tacos, beef quesabirria and most recently the sticky toffee pudding! Overall Pellizco is one of Sheffield’s best independents, we always look forward to returning🌮
Just left the restaurant, came back to my air bnb and couldn’t wait to write a fabulous review. Native Californian and Latino here 🙋��‍♂️. First time in England and couldn’t wait to taste their authentic Latin cuisine. I was more than impressed. Service 100%: showed up and was seated right away. The manager was a delight. Had great conversations throughout my meal. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Food 100%: Latin food is a mix of love, culture and soul - topped off with tons of flavor. Something that Pellizco was able to show in every dish. Birria quesataco with flavorful consume, beef cheek that was extremely tender, ceviche that rocked my world and much more. Not pictured was the desert I took home and devoured in front of the tv. Can’t wait to come back and eat again. Side note: while I respect everyone’s opinions and reviews, I’ve read some wild comments on here with deducted stars. Large parties complaining about noise and paying the bill, and complains about their soap 🙄 1. Large parties: do better. This isn’t a large restaurant and it’s not your home. Be more cognizant of that. 2. If you want a different smelling soap, go to a bath store after. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Really wonderful experience from start to finish. Food and cocktails were amazing, so good in fact that we found ourselves here again the following weekend! What’s even better is that the entire main menu is gluten free, so as a coeliac I had so many options to choose from. Staff were great as well, friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
Amazing food, not tonnes of choice but this is definitely a case of quality not quantity. Very reasonable prices, good service… we look forward to returning! The pork tacos and corn on the cob were our favourites, so good
