After still being hungry from eating a burger close by here, I thought I would pop in here and just have a burger without fries or drink etc. It didn't disappoint either.... I opted for the meltdown with phat sauce. It was amazing. Excellent flavours from the meat and sauces. It also came in a brioche bun which makes the burger truly gourmet (if there is such a thing). Filling also. Had a long walk after this just make it digest! Would highly recommend the burgers here. The premises are also quite tastefully decorated with its own theme.
Staff member couldn’t answer any of our questions, or when we asked for certain things for the food it came out wrong? We asked for one of the buns to be chicken and one beef and they came out with a mix in both. No cheese on the parm and garlic wings, and I felt like the photos on the menu were misleading. The bao buns and wings were meh. Barely any meat on the wings. Saving grace was the loaded fried (we had the tater tots). These were arguably some of the best loaded fries we had ever had! The drinks (shake and frozen Fanta) were also great. For 1pm on a Sunday the place was a ghost town but is was clean and tidy.
DAMN GUYS! i got the £20 box and i didnt expect it to 1. have so many things included 2. be so goddamn good. how in the heck did i get a burger, loaded friends, tenders AND mac an cheese for £20?? i am loving this (i am also eating it as we speak)
I visited Phatbuns in Sheffield and tried their Nashville burger — and it was a standout. The chicken was perfectly cooked: juicy on the inside, crispy-coated on the outside. The spice level hit the sweet spot — you know it’s hot, but you can still savor everything else around it. The tangy sauce and pickles added a layer of brightness that lifted the whole thing. The bun held up well, staying soft without turning soggy even as I made my way to the end. The atmosphere at Phatbuns added to the experience: relaxed, fun and unpretentious, which made the burger all the more enjoyable. Service was friendly and efficient, and my order arrived with no surprises or major waits. If you’re looking for a place in Sheffield to satisfy a serious burger craving — especially something with a bit of heat and lots of flavour — definitely check out Phatbuns. Their Nashville burger is worth the trip.
Absolutely loved it! The Nashville loaded fries were packed with flavour . crispy, spicy, and perfectly topped. The rib sandwich was incredible too tender, juicy meat with a smoky, rich taste that just melts in your mouth. Everything was cooked perfectly and served fresh. Great portions, friendly staff, and a really good vibe inside. Definitely one of the best spots in Sheffield for proper comfort food!
